Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate at checkout. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local post office.
